You must be using email/password authentication. If you only use SSO, email change is handled by your IdP.

## Steps

1. Go to Settings → Profile → Email
2. Enter your new email and confirm
3. Verify the change from the confirmation email

If your provider is not Email/Password, the form will indicate that direct change is not available.

## Change plan

From Settings → Subscription, choose a new plan and confirm. Upgrades may require a payment; downgrades apply immediately or at period end depending on your account configuration.

## Change billing cycle

Switch monthly/yearly where available. Yearly often provides a discount; changes may prorate.

## Update payment method

Use “Update Payment Method” to open a secure Mollie flow and add a new card/mandate. Once confirmed, the new method is used for future invoices.

## Cancel or resume

You can cancel at period end from Settings → Subscription. You’ll retain access until the end of the current period. You can resume any time before the period ends.


Change plan/billing cycle, update payment method, cancel or resume.

## Update your payment method

From Settings → Subscription, click “Update Payment Method.” You will be redirected to a secure Mollie page to set a new card or mandate.

After confirmation, billing uses the new method. If an invoice is past due, updating the method will retry payment automatically.

## Overview

The Chat experience supports two AI modes tailored to different tasks:

- Lawyer: concise, legally oriented answers grounded in official sources
- Deep Research: broader exploration with iterative, multi-hop retrieval

Both modes return English summaries with source links to Dutch public law when relevant.

## Start a new conversation

1. Open Chat (top navigation → Chat)
2. Click “New Conversation”
3. Select AI Mode (Lawyer or Deep Research)
4. Optionally add tags for organization
5. Ask your first question in English

## Choose the right mode

- Use Lawyer for precise, citeable answers (e.g., obligations, timelines, definitions)

## Create an organization

Go to the Organizations section and click “Create Organization”. Name it and confirm.

## Invite members

From the Members tab, invite users by email. They receive an invite link. Pending invites can be revoked.

## Roles

- Owner: full control, billing, and member management
- Admin: manage settings and members
- Member: access within granted permissions

## Transfer ownership

From Organization Settings → Ownership, transfer to another member. The recipient must accept.
